About Us

I am Yashasvi Sharma, aka Civilvats, a Civil Engineer and a passionate professional with extensive experience in project management, construction, and the banking sector. With a background in Civil Engineering and Advanced Management Programme in Infrastructure from the Indian School of Business, my career trajectory has been shaped by a relentless pursuit of excellence, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Over the last 8 years, I have rapidly advanced through various roles, acquiring a comprehensive skill set in Project Planning & Management, Contract Management, Cost Management, Construction Management, Quality Management, Vendor & Resource Management, and Banking. I have been directly or indirectly involved in over 5 million square feet of commercial, residential, and hospitality developments, across India. My exposure to such a wide array of projects has honed my ability to handle large-scale, complex construction operations across multiple cities.

In 2023, I made a strategic pivot in my career by joining ICICI Bank as a Branch Sales Manager – Mortgages. This transition allowed me to broaden my perspective on the financial sector, particularly on how financial institutions function and how their services support large-scale infrastructure development.

Currently I am involved in setting up a Design and Project Management Office for JYO in Hyderabad with major focus on Hotel projects and Hospitality industry.
